Lifeguard Training

Pool lifeguard training is essential for ensuring the safety of swimmers. It prepares lifeguards to recognise potential dangers, respond swiftly to emergencies, and administer first aid when necessary. With proper training, lifeguards can effectively prevent accidents and create a secure environment for everyone at the pool. Ultimately, well-trained lifeguards help instil confidence in the public, allowing them to enjoy their time in the water safely.

As part of our lifeguard training we ensure everyone not only enjoys the course, but reaches the necessary level of competency to become a confident lifeguard.

We offer a spacious room with plenty of equipment and a friendly environment to train in, as well as an entire 25m pool. Alongside drinks and snacks to keep you going throughout the day.
