About Us

Absolute Training is a registered company offering First Aid Training and Lifeguard Courses (NPLQ). The awarding body for the courses we run is the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSSUK) and the registered qualification obtained is accredited by Ofqual, the Register of Regulated Qualifications.

We don't just train candidates in First Aid and Lifeguarding, we aim for them to obtain the highest level of achievement possible, while enjoying it, so the training can be applied with confidence and no hesitation.

We are fully qualified Trainer Assessors and First Aid Tutors, with a level 3 award in training and education, we are also level 1 and 2 qualified swimming teachers.
