Course Information
Gain the confidence to handle workplace emergencies with our one-day Basic Life Support (BLS) course — which covers the basic techniques required to save a life. Meeting all requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, this course gives you the expertise and practical experience to respond effectively using basic rescues, which can save lives. This is very beneficial, not just for workplaces, but for anyone wanting First Aid knowledge for emergency situations.

Physically fit to perform practical elements
No prior knowledge of First Aid required
16 years old or older
